RULES TO PLAY

We are open 24 hours a day and our friendly staff is ready to serve you. Thank you for being here as part of our Tap Family!

We have 7 different game systems for you to play on. Those systems are Ultra Panda, Game Vault, Vegas X, Golden Dragon, Riversweeps, Vegas Sweeps and Fortune.

Please be aware we are helping many Customers at any given time. Please allow us time to get to you. We always shrive to load all accounts as quickly as possible. Please don’t not spam the chat, or call using the messenger. We see you and are working our way to each of you as quickly as possible. If you have not received a response within 10 minutes, please send us another message. There are times where messenger services malfunction and for reasons beyond our control your message has not come through.

LOADING

(1) Our minimum to load is $10 and no max on loads. We require that you always screen a screenshot of your payment details with each load.

(2) Please always verify what our current MOP tags are before sending. We can accept Chime, Revolut, Apple Pay, Varo, Zelle or Venmo. For trusted player we offer online game tokens once you have completed the Player Authorization and Rules Agreement. Please do not use the online game tokens process until this has been completed and you have been approved to use this method. Your purchase will be refunded until this has been completed.

(3) We are not responsible if you send to the wrong MOP tags. The best way to make sure there are no issues is to copy and paste the tag.

(4) All loads need to be paid from your MOP balance. Please verify before sending this is not processing from your bank. The only exception to this rule is when you are sending using a Zelle account.

(5) Accounts will not be loaded if you have over a $10 balance in your winnings or entries side, or a combination of both.

CASHOUT Cashout is based off your daily limits at 10AM, 1PM, 4PM, 7PM, and 11PM EST. You must message at least 15 minutes prior with your request information. Requests will be closed at 15 minutes after. Due to cashout limits we ask all players to have 2 forms of payments for cashing out.

VIP MEMBER For our VIP members we have added a boost for you! If you are an active player that loads with us at least 5 days a week we have added a VIP boost to our daily cashout limits. What does this mean? When cashing out it will send you to the next level on daily cashout limits.

RISING STAR For our Rising Star members we have added a boost for you! If you are a player that loads with us at least 3 days a week we have added a boost to our daily cashout limits. What does this mean? When cashing out it will give you a 10% boost on daily cashout limits.

DAILY CASHOUT LIMITS

Load 10 – 25 Daily cashout of $150

Load 26 – 49 Daily cashout of $350

Load 50 – 199 Daily cashout of $500

Load 200+ - Daily cashout of $1000

Load 500+ - Daily cashout of $1250

MAX WINNING TOTAL

Load 10 – 24 Max winning total is $1500

Load 25 – 49 Max winning total is $2000

Load 50 – 199 Max winning total is $4000

Load 200+ - Max winning total is $6000

(1) Our minimum for cashouts is $50.

(2) All cashouts are based off your last load, not your total load for the day. Max cashout for freeplay is x5.

(3) Once you reach your max winning total for your load, your winnings in the game will be set to that amount. Anything over your limit it will be voided.

(4) Based off your load amount you will be paid your daily cashout limit until your balance has been paid in full.

(5) Please make cashouts request in the format below.

(6) Make sure the amount you are cashing out is on your winnings side. We are unable to pull requests for the entries.

(7) During cashout times make sure you are logged out of the system. Some systems do not allow us to pull when a player is logged in.

(8 Due to issues with our payment methods that get flagged and shut down we are asking for your help to prevent these flags. We are requesting that you don’t cashout and then send back directly. If you plan to load again, please let us know and when we pull from your account, we can set aside the amount you would like to reload and put that back on the account for you.

DISCLAIMERS

Once you are setup always change your password immediately. We are not responsible for any issues from accounts where the generic password we provide you is still being used.

You must not share your Customer Account or password with another person, let anyone else access or use your Customer Account or do any other thing that may jeopardize the security of your Customer Account. You are allowed to have 1 players account on each of our 7 game systems.

Game Glitches and Internet Connectivity: We are internet-based, and as such, we strive to provide a seamless and glitch-free experience. However, we cannot always guarantee the absence of technical issues or game glitches. We are not responsible for any losses or damages incurred because of such glitches or technical issues. In the case of over or underloading credits on player accounts. It is our responsibility to balance players credits after an error is found.

You will not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to your or third parties’ participation in any of the games and you will not use any software-assisted methods or techniques (including but not limited to bots designed to play automatically) or hardware devices for your participation in any of the Games. We reserve the right to invalidate any participation in the event of such behavior and your account will be terminated.

If at any time you send in a fraudulent screenshot your account will be put on a temporary block and you will be asked to send in a valid screenshot. If you are unable to provide verifiable information you will not be loaded. If you are loaded based off fraudulent payments, you will be required to make a payment on what you were loaded. If payment is not received your account will go on a permanent block.
